ALOHA IS NOT FOR SALE!

In light of recent news, we thought it was an appropriate time to reminisce on a design we released back in July, 2016. Almost 2 years old and the message is clearer then ever. ALOHA IS NOT FOR SALE 🚫!
.
.
If you haven’t heard already, a Midwest based restaurant that goes by the name @alohapokeco have trademarked the words “Aloha Poke” and are sending out cease & desist to any Restaurant/Food industry like establishments across the US. Including any and all food establishments based in Hawai’i, ironically where the word #Alohaoriginates from. These actions to strip us of our language & profit off our culture is NOT ALOHA.
.
.
There are many people speaking up in light of this current situation. Petitions are beginning and action is being taken. Please spread awareness and continue to #DefendHawaii. We will not let any outsider take away the rights of current Native Hawaiians or future generations to come. 🤙🏽 #defendhawaii #noalohapokeco
